About Placing an order
- How can I place an order?
1) Online Order: You can either place an order online from our web site and go through the checkout process. After you add items to the shopping cart and proceed to check out. You have multiple options for payment, you can either use "pay by mail", or choose Paypal as a payment method, or choose Credit Card, we accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
2) Order by Phone: Or you can call us on the phone at 703-713-0198 (for urgent orders, you can't reach us at this number, you can call the cell phone of our sales rep at 202-320-0358) and provide the credit card information.
3) Order by Fax: Please download the credit card Authorization form, fill it out and fax it to us at 303-379-1958 ATTN: Sales. Please note the item details with quantity. We will charge your credit card and process your order.
- I am a customer outside of United States, or I want my order to be shipped out of US, how can I place an order and have it shipped?
Please be aware that we only accept T/T (Wire Transfer) from International customers. We accept credit card on restricted customers under some conditions. If you want to place an order and have the instructions for payment, you can go ahead place an order online, while checking out, please choose Pay by Mail as a payment method to have the order generated by our system. Once the order is created online and received by us, we will review your order and send an email to you with detailed payment instructions.
- When should I use Pay By Mail while checking out from your online store?
We provide three options as payment methods, Pay By Mail, Pay By Paypal, or Pay by Credit Card via Verisign Payflow Link. Under the following situations, you should choose Pay By Mail:
1) You want to send us a personal check, or money order, or company check, etc.
2) You want to wire transfer us the money.
3) You want to pick up the item locally and pay us in person.
- How can I place an order without using Paypal?
You can Submit an order form using Contact Us link, or Call us at 703-713-0198 for sales. You can fax us your purchasing order along with the completed Credit Card Authorization form Please specify item name, price and quantity, please include the detailed shipping information and payment method. We will review the order process it. (other payment methods accepted are person check, company check, cashier's check, money order, yahoo pay direct, C2it, Bidpay, billpoint, etc)
To meet your needs and speed up the order processing, we even accept COD (Cash On Delivery) for customers within US. But we only accept COD against Cashier's Check or Money Order. Once you confirm the price, quantity, items, and your address, we can ship via Fedex Express with COD. You can get what you order within 2-3 days.
- What is needed to be able to use the make a Payment Paypal?
In order to use paypal shopping cart, you have to register an account with Paypal. After you add items to the shopping cart, you can proceed to check out. The check out will provide you multiple options for payment, you can either use "pay by mail", or choose Paypal as a payment method. If you don't have a paypal account yet, you will be led to a page to register a paypal account by entering your credit card information, it takes only a few minutes and you will be able to check out without going back to the shipping cart. Or you can always go to Paypal (www.paypal.com) to register an account any time.
- Can I use my visa card or master card directly to make a payment?
Yes. we currently accept credit card directly through the web site through Verisign Payflow Link. You can add your items to shopping cart and procced to check out process. You will be able to choose pay via credit card and be brought to the secured payment gateway provided by Verisign. After you enter your credit card information, please click continue to come back to our web site so as for the system to send you a confirmation notice of your order. Some companies do not allow to enter credit card information online, then you can choose pay by mail while checking out to get your order number generated by the system, then print your invoice and complete the credit card authorization form, fax them to us at the fax number provide in both the invoice and credit card authorization form. We will process your order promptly.
- How long does it take for me to purchase an item if I don't have a Paypal account?
It will take only 5 minutes to register an account with Paypal and another 2 minutes to accomplish the purchase. All you should do is add the item to your shopping cart and check out, then follow the instructions.
- How long does it take for the item to be delivered after I purchase items from your web site?
We usually ships within 24 hours after the order is placed. And it takes 2-3 days for the item to be delivered to your designated address.
- If I don't have a Paypal account and I wouldn't like to use Paypal, what other payment methods can I use?
You can pay via Credit card either by faxing us the completed credit card form or go through the shopping card check out process and choose pay by credit card. We accept American Express, Visa and Master Card. Other acceptable electronic payment methods are Yahoo Paydirect, C2it, Bidpay, wire transfer, etc. Or if you just want to mail your payment, you can send us a money order, personal check or company check. We will ship the item once the payment is cleared by any of these methods. Checks take a longer time (7-10 days) to clear.
